Reasonable Hours. 11.1 Subject to subclause 11.2 an employer may require an employee to work reasonable overtime at overtime rates unless or as otherwise provided for under the Agreement.

Reasonable Hours. The interview will be conducted at a reasonable hour, preferably at a time when the employee is on duty unless the seriousness of the investigation is of such a degree that immediate action is required. Where an employee is directed to appear for an interview, all hours spent in the interview shall be compensated at the appropriate rate. To the extent practicable, interviews will take place at the offices of the Agency.

The notice (if any) given by the employer of the overtime and by the employee of his or her intention to refuse it; and Any other relevant matter.
Reasonable Hours. It is not expected that Employees will normally be expected to work more than 56 hours per week, including overtime except if required to enable the completion of emergency or critical tasks following consultation between the parties.
