Common use of Reasonable Assistance Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Assistance. 5.1 Upon the written request of any Participating Authority, the Supplier shall provide such Participating Authority with any reasonable and proportionate information that it holds about the Goods it supplies under this Framework Agreement including, without limitation, the compatibility and interoperability of such Goods with other products, to enable the Participating Authority to complete any necessary due diligence before purchasing such Goods.

Reasonable Assistance. 5.1 4.1 Upon the written request of any Participating Authority, the Supplier shall provide such Participating Authority with any reasonable and proportionate information that it holds about the Goods it supplies under this Framework Agreement including, without limitation, the compatibility and interoperability of such Goods with other products, to enable the Participating Authority to complete any necessary due diligence before purchasing such Goods.
