REAPPLICATION. The IOP must reapply to DHA at least 90 days prior to the expiration date of this agreement if it wishes to continue as an authorized IOP. Failure to reapply will result in the automatic termination of this agreement on the date specified in Article 17.1. ARTICLE 16

REAPPLICATION. A Member which withdraws from the Group pursuant to the by-laws of the Group may not re-apply for membership in the Group for a period of at least one (1) year from the effective date of such withdrawal.

REAPPLICATION. If the employment relationship between the Company and Employee is terminated for any reason whatsoever, whether with or without cause, whether by the Employee or by the Company, and if Employee is later re-employed by the Company, this Agreement will be applicable to such re-employment as if there had been no interruption of the employment relationship, without the necessity for the execution of a new Agreement between the parties.
REAPPLICATION. Any Chapter that has been revoked may reapply for affiliated status one (1) year after the date of revocation.
REAPPLICATION. The Resident Advisor position is a semester and/or yearly appointment. Staff will be required to reapply. Reappointment is based on job performance and an evaluation of the staff member by the Residence Life & Housing professional staff.
