Realtor's Commission. Realtor's commission for the sale of the supervisor's domicile, in the amount of up to $10,000, shall be paid by the Appointing Authority. Payments over ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and up to fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) are to be made at the discretion of the Appointing Authority. The exercise of this discretion is not grievable.
Realtor's Commission. The parties hereto agree that no real estate commission is due any party in regard to this transaction other than a commission due to Xxxxxx Xxxx Associates LLC, which Seller agrees to pay according to terms of a separate agreement between Seller and Xxxxxx Xxxx Associates LLC. Each party agrees to indemnify the other and hold it harmless in respect to any commissions, fees, judgments or expenses of any nature or kind which it may become liable to pay by reason of any claims by or on behalf of brokers, finders or agents employed by the other party in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Contract, or any litigation or similar proceeding arising from such claims. Each party represents to the other that, other than as stated herein, there is no valid basis for such claims.
Realtor's Commission. The parties represent that they have dealt with no broker in connection with this matter. Xxxxxx and Xxxxx agree to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any breach of this representation by the breaching party.

Realtor's Commission. Each party represents to the other that no real estate broker or agent was involved in the sale of the Property, except for Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx of New Jersey, Inc. on behalf of Seller and CR Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc. on behalf of Buyer (together, the “Brokers”). If any person or entity makes a claim for a real estate commission or brokerage fee in connection with this sale based upon allegations inconsistent with the foregoing representation, the party who is alleged to have dealt with the claimant shall indemnify the other party against any and all expenses, losses and claims in connection therewith. Seller agrees to pay all brokerage commissions owing to the Brokers in accordance with one or more separate agreements with the Brokers.
Realtor's Commission. The parties represent that no Real Estate Broker has been involved in this transaction and that the party that violates this representation shall be responsible for payment of any real estate commission that lawfully becomes due and payable.
Realtor's Commission. The parties acknowledge that this sale arises out of an auction conducted pursuant to the applicable provisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and Rules and that no commission shall be due and owing to any party other than what the Court may allow to the Auctioneer.
