Real Power Losses. Real Power Losses are associated with all Transmission Service. The Transmission Customer is responsible for losses associated with all Transmission Service in accordance with Schedules 7-8 and as calculated in Attachment J.
Real Power Losses. Distribution Company shall not be responsible for any Real Power Losses associated with Firm Transmission Service. Owner and HQUS shall be responsible for the delivery of the scheduled amounts of energy associated up to the Contract Capacity to the Delivery Point without reduction for Real Power Losses.
Real Power Losses. Losses will be based on transactions across each Transmission System used in the Regional Transaction, as provided in Section 7.1(e) hereof, and will be monetized at the rate published in the ICE Palo Verde Financial Peak Daily Electricity Price Index or ICE Palo Verde Financial Off-Peak Daily Electricity Price Index (“Palo Verde Index”) for the trade date of the transaction, and will be paid for by the Transmission Customer.
Real Power Losses. The Network Customer shall replace losses in accordance with Attachment M of the Tariff.
Real Power Losses. Purchaser shall be responsible for all Real Power Losses associated with Firm Transmission Service; provided, however, that, if and to the extent any Real Power Losses associated with Firm Transmission Service between the U.S. Border and the Delivery Point are due to Owner’s failure to exercise Good Utility Practice or otherwise discharge its obligations under this Agreement, (a) such incremental Real Power Losses shall be treated as Non-Excused Outages for which Owner shall be liable in accordance with Section 7.3 and (b) the Transmission Service Payments owed by Purchaser shall be reduced pursuant to Section 8.1; and provided, further, that during the Term Owner shall (x) exercise diligent, commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the warranty or similar obligations of its vendors and suppliers for the NECEC Transmission Line with respect to such Real Power Losses under any Construction Contract or otherwise and (y) credit, assign or pay over to Purchaser any amounts receivable by or paid to Owner under such warranties or similar obligations, including liquidated damages under any Construction Contract, related to such Real Power Losses, and the rights and remedies contemplated by Section 3.3.5, Section 7.3, Section 8.1 and this Section 11.1, shall collectively be the sole and exclusive remedy of Purchaser with respect to any such incremental Real Power Losses.
Real Power Losses. Electrical losses associated with the use of PacifiCorp’s Transmission System. Such losses are provided for in Section 6 of this Agreement and Schedule 10 of the Tariff.

Purchaser shall be responsible for all Real Power Losses associated with Firm Transmission Service and Additional Transmission Service between the U.S. Border and the Delivery Point; provided, however, that, if and to the extent any Real Power Losses associated with Firm Transmission Service and Additional Transmission Service between the U.S. Border and the Delivery Point are due to Owner’s failure to exercise Good Utility Practice or otherwise discharge its obligations under this Agreement, such incremental Real Power Losses shall be treated as Non-Excused Outages for which Owner shall be liable in accordance with Section 7.4, and the rights and remedies contemplated by Section 7.4, including the rights provided in Section 3.3.12, shall collectively be the sole and exclusive remedy of Purchaser with respect to any such incremental Real Power Losses as provided in Section 7.4.4. The assignment of losses associated with the transmission of electric power over the AC Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the ISO-NE Rules.
Real Power Losses. KMEA shall replace losses in accordance with Attachment M of the Tariff. Loss repayment shall include provision for losses in the Mid-Kansas sub-transmission system as applicable plus any transformation losses shown in Appendix 2.

Real Power Losses. Network Service provided under this agreement shall be assessed real power losses pursuant to Section 28.5 and Schedule 10 of the Tariff. The metered quantities for the loads defined in section 1.0 above, shall be assessed losses based on the transmission loss factors of PacifiCorp. Network Resources Available to Transmission Customer Xxxxx County Public Utility District has contracted with Transmission Customer for a Power Sales Contract, (#09PB-13020). Generation associated with this Power Sales Contract is not physically interconnected with the Transmission Provider and therefore subject to arrangements between the Transmission Customer and another transmission provider. Bonneville Power Administration has designated the following resource(s) to serve load: Green Springs Hydroelectric Generation for 18MW from May 4, 2021 through October 1, 2028. Exhibit C Network Facility Transmission Credit The Transmission Customer currently receives no credit and has provided no transmission facilities which are integrated with the Transmission Provider's Transmission System.
