Common use of Real Estate Appraisals Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Upon request of the Administrative Agent in connection with the delivery of any Mortgage pursuant to Section 7.09(a), the Company shall, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional such Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations Laws (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations Laws as determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable noticenotice during Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ normal business hours, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of if required in order for Administrative Agent or Lenders to comply with any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretionAgent).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable noticenotice during Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ normal business hours, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of if reasonably required in order for Administrative Agent or Lenders to comply with any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as reasonably determined by Administrative Agent in its discretionAgent).

Company Holdings shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company To the extent reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, Holdings shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. In each case to the extent required under applicable laws and regulations Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary Guarantor to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any such applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion)regulations.

Company Parent shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Post-Closing Date Mortgaged Property or any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Post-Closing Date Mortgaged Property or Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. In each case to the extent required under applicable laws and regulations Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries Subsidiary Guarantor to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property at such time as may be agreed to by Company and Administrative Agent for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any such applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion)regulations.

Company Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Company Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company Parent shall, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable noticewritten notice in advance, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as reasonably determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent in its discretion).

Real Estate Appraisals. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Collateral Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations (in each case to the extent such appraisal is required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Collateral Agent in its discretion).
