Real Estate Appraisal Services. The Acquisition Provider shall ensure that all real estate appraisal services performed for a work authorization executed under this contract meet the following criteria:
Real Estate Appraisal Services. 1.1 Appraiser must contact property owner(s), or their designated representative, to offer them the opportunity to accompany the Appraiser on the inspection of the subject property. Maintain record of contact documented in file.

Real Estate Appraisal Services. X. Xxxxxx real property valuation services including appraisals, counseling, consulting, evaluation studies, market studies and post-appraisal services, as well as up-dates and revisions, according to the instructions provided by SSCAFCA. The valuation services will require selective research into appropriate market area, assembly of pertinent data, the application of appropriate analytical techniques and timely reporting of conclusions and supporting data.
Real Estate Appraisal Services. 2.2.1 Appraisers must provide advance notice of the date and time of their appraisal inspections of the subject property to the Acquisition Provider Project Manager and the State Project Manager in order to coordinate the Appraiser’s inspection with (if applicable and practical) the initial interview with the Displacee by the Relocation Agent.
Real Estate Appraisal Services. Professional will prepare and submit in writing three (3) commercial property appraisals for the following properties, which appraisal services shall incorporate the scope of work and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP 2016-64), entitled Real Estate Appraisal Services attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, and incorporated by reference for all intents and purposes.
