Readmission. Charter School’s governing board shall adopt rules establishing a procedure for the filing and processing of requests for readmission and the process for the required review of all expelled pupils for readmission. Upon completion of the readmission process, Charter School’s governing board shall readmit the pupil, unless Charter School’s governing board makes a finding that the pupil has not met the conditions of the rehabilitation plan or continues to pose a danger to campus safety. A description of the procedure shall be made available to the pupil and the pupil’s parent or guardian at the time the expulsion order is entered and the decision of the governing board, including any related findings, must be provided to the pupil and the pupil’s parent/guardian within a reasonable time.
Readmission. The Licensee acknowledges that readmission under licence to Swinburne Student Residences is not automatic, as such when contemplating the readmission of the Licensee Swinburne may consider the following:
Readmission. Readmission may occur after a meeting with the NSCS Board of Directors and Administrator prior to the end of the expulsion. Zero Tolerance Most students respect each other and the staff at NSCS. However, we believe it is important to call attention to specific behaviors that are not allowed on any school campus. Students in violation of any zero tolerance policy may be expelled and referred to the appropriate authorities. The duration of expulsion may be for the remainder of the school year, or, if occurring in the second semester, the student may be additionally expelled for the first semester of the next school year. The expulsion process is described above under “Discipline Steps”. Zero tolerance will be in effect while on the property of the school or other structure on school grounds which were, at the time of the violation, being used for an activity sponsored by or through the school, and/or while riding school provided transportation and/or participating in a school sponsored extracurricular or academic activity off school grounds. Zero tolerance offences include alcohol/controlled substance (including tobacco), arson, explosive devices, weapons, battery, bullying and harassment. Please know that because a specific behavior is not mentioned, it does not mean it is acceptable. The Board of Directors reviews all expulsions recommended by the school’s administration, and will adhere to all state laws and NSCS policy 502.1 regarding expulsion hearings.
Readmission. If, during the after-care period set out in the patient’s quotation and referred to at section 7.1 the patient and the Surgeon or Doctor agree that a further procedure (as part of the original procedure) is necessary, Transform Hospital Group and the Surgeon or Doctor will consider contributing to the surgical and those involved in their care for the purposes of discussing the Patient’s Treatment. The Patient acknowledges that Transform Hospital Group is obtaining this consent for themselves in order that they may comply with the provisions of GDPR
Readmission. Students who interrupt their degree program and are not enrolled for three or more consecutive semesters (including summer), must comply with catalog requirements in effect at the time of re-enrollment.
Readmission. With a view to cooperating in order to prevent and control illegal migration, the Parties shall, upon request and without further formalities:

(1) If a Fellow withdraws from the Program for reasons that are related to misconduct, poor performance, or suitability, as determined by the agency, he or she will not be readmitted to the Program at any time. (2) If a Fellow withdraws from the Program for reasons that are not related to misconduct, poor performance, or suitability, he or she may petition the employing original agency for readmission and reappointment to the Program. Such a petition must be in writing and include appropriate justification. The agency may approve or deny the request for readmission. An agency must submit written notification of approved readmission requests to OPM. The individual's status in the Program upon readmission and reappointment must be addressed as part of the agency's submission. The Director may overrule the agency's decision to readmit and reappoint, and the Director's decision is not subject to appeal. § 362.408 Termination and reduction in force. (a)
Readmission. Readmission of any student suspended or expelled, or admission of any student who has been denied admission will be governed by Section 33-205, Idaho Code. Students who have been expelled from CTEA will be eligible for readmission after (1) year, 12 calendar months.
Readmission. When a private pay resident is transferred to the hospital without a bed hold or when the bed hold is discontinued by the resident or the resident’s representative, if the resident wishes to return to the facility at the end of the resident’s hospitalization, the resident, unless the resident has been formally discharged from the facility, will be given a priority in readmission to a semi-private room over persons referred to the facility for their initial admission to the facility.
