Readiness for Occupancy. The Premises shall be deemed ready for occupancy on the earliest date on which all of the following conditions (the “Occupancy Conditions”) have first been met:

Readiness for Occupancy. The Leased Premises shall be deemed to be ready for Tenant’s occupancy as soon as the initial work to the Leased Premises to be performed by Landlord pursuant to Exhibit “D” attached hereto shall have been substantially completed and the Leased Premises shall have been tendered to Tenant, ready for occupancy.
