Common use of Reactivation Fee Clause in Contracts

Reactivation Fee. All Authorized Users are required to keep their FBCCIS licenses active by frequently logging into the system. Any Authorized User not accessing the FBCCIS software for more than forty‐five (45) calendar days will be automatically locked out. The fee to reactive inactive licenses is thirty‐five ($35) dollars. This fee will be invoiced to the Agency by the County and will be due thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. County may waive this fee in case of illness or approved long‐term absence, only after a written request by the Agency.
