Reactivation Fee. All Authorized Users are required to keep their FBCCIS licenses active by frequently logging into the system. Any Authorized User not accessing the FBCCIS software for more than forty‐five (45) calendar days will be automatically locked out. The fee to reactive inactive licenses is thirty‐five ($35) dollars. This fee will be invoiced to the Agency by the County and will be due thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. County may waive this fee in case of illness or approved long‐term absence, only after a written request by the Agency.
Reactivation Fee. If Sprint terminates Service to a Corporate-Liable Active Unit as permitted under the Agreement or requested by Customer, Sprint may require payment of any outstanding account balance before Sprint reactivates Service to the affected Active Unit and Sprint may charge Customer a reactivation charge.

Customers are connected via OCH's SOAP client program, which is installed on the CommServer (PASSIVE CUSTOMER's communications server). The client program is compiled to a number of standard platforms, and on OCH A/S' website customers can always see what platforms are being supported. SOAP is OCH’s standard concept for connecting to the system. If PASSIVE CUSTOMER already has a physical connection to OCH, it might also be possible to use this for connecting to the OCH system.
Reactivation Fee. Company may charge a re-activation fee to re-activate a suspended account.
Reactivation Fee. If the Deliverables are halted by Client request or Client’s failure to timely pay Service Fees, and as a result performance of the Deliverables is suspended by Patriot, Client may be required to pay a reactivation fee to re-engage the Deliverables (“Reactivation Fee”).
