RCOE Digital Platform – Data Sharing Portal. In addition to any posting and reporting requirements set forth in the Charter School’s charter and in this MOU, the Charter School is required to utilize RCOE’s digital platform (e.g., Epicenter, to be identified by RCOE) to electronically submit documents to be accessed by RCOE as part of its oversight responsibilities. RCOE will provide the Charter School with a list of requested documents to be submitted to RCOE through the digital platform, and the date(s) by which they should be submitted.
