Ratification of Prior Acts. The Member of the Company hereby ratifies and approves all actions taken by the Company, its sole incorporator, and any officer prior to this Agreement.
Ratification of Prior Acts. Except as expressly modified hereby, the Note, the Deed of Trust and Loan Agreement and all of their terms and provisions are hereby ratified and confirmed.
