Ratification of Additions or Changes. Any additions or changes in this Agreement, as a result of negotiations on reopeners or concerning a successor agreement, shall not be effective unless reduced to writing and properly ratified and signed by both parties. However, any tentative agreements reached by the parties prior to ratification shall be fully supported by the parties in seeking ratification.
