RATES AND BILLING. 9.1 All rates charged will be in accordance with Customer’s otherwise applicable tariff (Rate Schedule), as in effect from time to time, on a Net Energy Metering basis. “Net Energy Metering” means measuring the difference between the electricity supplied through the electric grid to the Customer and the electricity generated by Customer’s Generating Facility and fed back to the electric grid over the one-month billing period as described in Subsection 9.4 below.
RATES AND BILLING. A. The District shall pay EA the per diem rate, shown in Schedule A attached to this Agreement, for each student enrolled by the District, not to exceed 182 educational school days. The educational school year includes all: teacher in-services, calamity days, truancy days, absenteeism, local and national catastrophes and parent teacher conferences, which may occur during the Term of this Agreement.

For water supplied by the City to the Association, the Association shall pay to the City in accordance with the City water rates for water associations as set by resolution or by adoption of the annual budget. Each month's payment shall be made on or before the 25th day of the succeeding month for the preceding month's water used. Delinquent and unpaid balances shall bear interest at the prime rate plus four (4) percent, as published in the Wall Street Journal, compounded annually.

RATES AND BILLING a. For purposes of this contract, FCS is seeking an hourly rate for each line item listed on the bid form. The hourly rate provided to FCSS shall be all-encompassing and not limited to any equipment, supplies, materials, safety gear or travel time and expenses.
RATES AND BILLING. The Contractor may charge a minimum time of one hour, in the event that shorter term services are required. The User Agencies will only be billed for hours worked. The Contractor will pay the Guards placed at State sites no less than the “State Required Minimum Regular Wage Per Hour” as provided in Exhibit B. If an emergency presents itself and a State site closes, payment shall be made only for those hours actually worked. No payment will be made for days the workplace is closed, unless services are required by the User Agency. Regular Rate The Contractor shall provide Guards at the regular hourly wage rate and regular hourly bill rate as listed in Exhibit B. The State will only be charged for the actual hours worked. This includes all Regular assignments, On Demand assignments, and Emergency assignments.
RATES AND BILLING. 1. City customers that pay the family garbage rate will get a 96 gallon cart and those that pay the single/senior rate will get a 64 gallon cart. There shall be no charge for carts, and the cart must remain with the property should the customer move. (If the customer takes the cart, the customer will be charged for it.)
RATES AND BILLING. (A) The City Council shall fix water rates and make changes in same as may be necessary. The rates shall be graduated, shall be based upon consumption as shown by meter readings, and shall at all times be reasonable as determined by the actual costs of producing and delivering water. All water charges shall be due and payable monthly at the City office. If the charges are not paid within 20 days of the bill, the water service shall be terminated.
RATES AND BILLING. 9.1 All credits for Co-Energy Metering energy are subject to Azusa’s Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time. The provisions of Azusa’s Schedule CEM, “Co-Energy Metering” shall be applicable. Any changes in Azusa’s rate schedule’s which would act to modify this Agreement shall automatically be incorporated herein without the need for a formal amendment.
