RATES AND ALLOWANCES. The following special rates shall be paid to FTMs including apprentices:
RATES AND ALLOWANCES. 9.2.1 The Schedule A of this Agreement - Rates and Allowances, sets out the rates of pay, allowances and loadings. All other award based allowances, penalties and loadings are absorbed by the rates of pay contained in Schedule A of this agreement unless expressly provided for by the terms of this Agreement.
RATES AND ALLOWANCES. 19 Rates of Pay The employees shall be paid in accordance with rates of pay as set out in the Baking Industry Award No1 of 2005(Consolidated), and as adjusted from time to time by the Australian Fair Pay Commission. Full-time staff will receive the appropriate pay for a thirty-eight hour week, with penalty rates of 150% of the basic hourly rate on Saturdays, 175% on Sundays, and 250% on Public Holidays as designated in Clause 30 below, or 150% where a ‘day in lieu’ is taken off before the Public Holiday. Regular part-time staff will receive a basic hourly rate calculated by dividing by thirty eight (38), the weekly wage for a full-time staff member of the same level, plus 2.63%. Penalty rates will be basic hourly rate: plus 3.95% for Saturday, 5.61% for Sunday, and 6.58% for a Public Holiday as designated in Clause 30 below. Provided that, where a day off in lieu is taken before a public holiday, 3.95% will be added to the basic hourly rate. Casual staff will receive a basic hourly rate calculated by dividing by thirty eight (38) the weekly wage for a full-time staff member of the same level, plus 20%. Penalty rates will be basic hourly rate plus 4.74% for Saturday, 5.53% for Sunday, and 7.89% for a Public Holiday as designated in Clause 30 below.

  • PAY AND ALLOWANCES Regular Rate of Pay: The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class as provided for in Appendices A and B, which is attached hereto and, by reference, incorporated as a part of this Agreement. The regular rate of pay shall not include any shift differential and/or longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.
