Common use of Rate Clause in Contracts

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.85% of average daily net assets up to $200 million; 0.75% of average daily net assets in excess of $200 million.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.850.25% of average daily net assets up to $200 million; 0.75% of average daily net assets in excess of $200 millionassets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.85.50% of average daily net assets up to $200 million; 0.75% of average daily net assets in excess of $200 millionassets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.85.40% of average daily net assets up to $200 million; 0.75% of average daily net assets in excess of $200 millionassets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.850.60% of average daily net assets up to on the first $200 500 million; 0.75, 0.50% of the Fund's average daily net assets in excess on the next $500 million, and 0.40% of the Fund's average daily net assets over $200 million1 billion.
