Common use of Rate of Return Clause in Contracts

Rate of Return. With respect to each Subscriber, as of any date of determination of the aggregate amount of distributions required to cause the annually non- compounded rate of return from the date of the Initial Capital Contribution through the date of dissolution of said Artisan Capital Fund, LLC to equal the following: (Please initial your selected Rate of Return.)

Rate of Return.
