Time worked on Sundays by those employees of the following shops, who have heretofore been similarly paid, shall be paid at overtime rates: Roll Shop Electrical Repair Shop Electrical General Locomotive Repair Shop Pattern Shop Outside Carpenters Car Repair Shop Blacksmith Shop Boiler Shop Pipe Shop Machine Shop Outside Mechanical Foundry Xxxxxxxxx Shop Combustion Utilities Department Shop (not to include those employees on Sunday schedule). Where employees swap shifts to suit their own conve- nience, any hours worked in excess of eight in one day or over forty in one week, occasioned by such swap, shall not be classed as overtime. Any man having worked time he was normally schedul- ed to have off, shall not be required to take other time off in order to avoid payment of overtime. Where a work schedule is changed during the current work week, an employee shall not be required to take time off on a day he was previously scheduled to work in order to avoid payment of overtime.
