Common use of Rate of Exchange Clause in Contracts

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro euro (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro euros (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro U.S.$ (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Relevant Issuer, inform the Relevant Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro Sterling (or such other currency specified by the Relevant Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant relevant Agreement Date (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and, provided that, for the avoidance of doubt the Agent shall be under no obligation to undertake any such conversion unless it has given its agreement in writing to doing so;

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer either Issuer, inform the such Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro (or such other currency specified by the relevant Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Programme Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Relevant Issuer, inform the Relevant Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro Sterling (or such other currency specified by the Relevant Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro EUR (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes Covered Bonds are denominated against payment of Euro euros (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes Covered Bonds was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer or the Guarantors, inform the Issuer or the Guarantors of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro (or such other currency specified by the IssuerIssuer or the Guarantors) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro U.S. dollars (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro Euros (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro United States dollars (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro U.S. dollars (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Programme Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Issuer, inform the Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro euro (or such other currency specified by the Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer Relevant Issuer, inform the Relevant Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro Pounds sterling (or such other currency specified by the Relevant Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer or any Guarantor, inform the Issuer or such Guarantor of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro euros (or such other currency specified by the IssuerIssuer or any Guarantor) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and

Rate of Exchange. upon request by the Issuer relevant Issuer, inform the relevant Issuer of the spot rate of exchange quoted by it for the purchase of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated against payment of Euro euro (or such other currency specified by the relevant Issuer) on the date on which the Relevant Agreement (as defined in the Dealer Agreement) in respect of such Notes was made; and
