Rate Notes. The Bid Rate Loans made by any Lender shall, in addition to this Agreement, also be evidenced by a promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit L (each a "Bid Rate Note"), payable to the order of such Lender and otherwise duly completed.

A Federal Funds Open Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate (calculated with reference to the Federal Funds Open Rate and the spread and/or Spread Multiplier and will be subject to the minimum interest rate or the maximum interest rate, if any) specified in the Federal Funds Open Rate Note and in the applicable Pricing Supplement. Unless otherwise indicated in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the “Federal Funds Open Rate” shall be calculated as set forth in the MTN Prospectus.

Rate Notes. For every property there are applicable Rate Notes that explain any charges to be paid at the property. The customer should carefully read these Rate Notes prior to booking the property.
