Rate Information. If You display or advertise rates which are different from the UPS rates returned by the UPS Developer Kit, then the following language, or other such language provided by UPS from time to time, must be conspicuously displayed in reasonable proximity to such rates: “These fees do not necessarily solely represent UPS rates and may include handling charges levied by [You].”
