Rate Contract. This is a Rate Contract whereby the prices are fixed, but the quantity to be supplied during the currency of the Rate Contract is not fixed and will be envisaged by the Direct Demanding Officers based on their actual requirement from time to time as per approval and duly concurred Materials Budgets Fund.
Rate Contract. This is a Rate Contract wherein the prices are fixed but the quantity to be supplied during the currency of this Rate Contract is not fixed and will be on as and when required basis. However, total estimated Off-take for the subject Rate Contract during the validity period of the RC (i.e. for One Year from the date of issue of RC) will be 23,69,950.24 (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousands Nine Hundred Fifty and Paise Twenty Four) only (Total Off-take Value for all DDO’s together). As soon as this limit of 23,69,950.24 (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousands Nine H ndred Fifty and Paise Twenty Four)is reached, you must intimate to the office of the GM(MM) for further necessary action and you should not accept any further order from any DDO’s without specific clearance from the office of the GM(MM).

Rate Contract. In every government there is a store purchase department. The function of this department is to facilitate purchase of some common articles by the govt. departments. Steel cement AC pipes, cycles, typewriting machines, steel almirah, duplicating machines hard wares safes steel and wooden furniture are the usual articles and materials which can be purchased by govt. departments through rate contract. In order to fix rate contract of any controlled material or article the director general of supplies and disposal (DGS&D) of central govt. invites tenders from the manufacturers of these articles or materials. After scrutiny of the tenders DGS&D fixes rates of such articles and makes rate contract with the manufacturers or suppliers to supply the articles or materials for a certain period which is known as rate contract. This rate contract is also known as DGS&D rate contract. In state govt. this work is done by ‘superintendent of store purchase department and rates fixed by this department’ are known as ISSPD rate contract or CSPO rate contract. The rate contract with all the particulars rate, description specifications etc. are notified in gazette for information for all the department.
Rate Contract. Unsecured Rate Contracts entered into by the Company with respect to variable rate Indebtedness permitted hereunder; and
Rate Contract. Borrower shall have entered into a Rate Contract on terms satisfactory to Agent in a minimum amount of $100,000,000 for a minimum of five (5) years from the period commencing thirty (30) days following the Closing Date, together with any additional documents required by Agent in connection with such Rate Contract.
