Rate Base Balances Carried Forward From Prior Orders Sample Clauses

Rate Base Balances Carried Forward From Prior Orders. The calculation of rate base begins with the current gas plant in service and accumulated depreciation balances accepted or approved by the RCA for each of the Four Pipelines in prior orders. The applicable prior orders are P-04-020(16) (CIGGS), P-04-012 (16) and P-11-014(11) (KNPL), P-03-012(21) and P-09- 014(4) (KKPL), and P-07-009(8) (Beluga). In Attachment B, the accumulated depreciation balances as of the effective dates of each respective order have been brought forward for each pipeline to December 31, 2013 using the annual depreciation expense amounts established in the same orders. These rate base balances, representing only amounts carried forward from the prior orders, total $42,130,034, as shown on Attachment B, column A, line 6.

ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates are currently displayed on Bloomberg L.P.’s page “BBAM.” That page, or any other page that may replace page BBAM on that service or any other service that ICE nominates as the information vendor to display the ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates for deposits in U.S. dollars, is a “Designated Page.” ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates currently are rounded to five decimal places. If ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate does not appear on the Designated Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on a LIBOR Adjustment Date, or if the Designated Page is not then available, One-Month LIBOR for that date will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate.
