Ratable Reduction. The Company shall have the right, upon at least three Business Daysnotice to the Agent, permanently to terminate in whole or to reduce ratably in part the unused portions of the respective Revolving Credit Commitments of the Lenders, provided that each partial reduction shall be in the aggregate amount of $10,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

Ratable Reduction. The Borrower shall have the right, upon at least three Business Daysnotice to the Agent, to terminate in whole or reduce ratably in part the unused portions of the respective Commitments of the Lenders, provided that each partial reduction shall be in the aggregate amount of $25,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and provided further that the aggregate amount of the Commitments of the Lenders shall not be reduced to an amount that is less than the aggregate principal amount of the Competitive Bid Advances denominated in Dollars then outstanding plus the Equivalent in Dollars (determined as of the date of the notice of prepayment) of the aggregate principal amount of the Competitive Bid Advances denominated in Foreign Currencies then outstanding.
Ratable Reduction. Upon at least five Business Days’ notice, the Borrower shall have the right to permanently terminate or reduce the aggregate unused amount of the Revolving Loan Commitment at any time and from time to time; provided that (i) each partial reduction shall be in an aggregate amount at least equal to $10,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000 above such amount and (ii) no reduction shall be made which would reduce the Revolving Loan Commitment to an amount less than the then outstanding Loans plus the Letter of Credit Obligations. Partial reductions of the Total Commitment shall be in the amount of $10,000,000 or in integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or, if the Available Facility is less than $10,000,000, then all of such lesser amount). Subject to Section 2.04, all reductions of the Total Commitment shall be permanent.
Ratable Reduction. Each reduction of the Commitments pursuant to this Section 2.17 shall be applied first to the reduction and termination of the Peak Usage Tranche and then ratably among the Lenders according to their respective Commitments.
