RANDOMIZED SELECTION OF COVERAGE PROCESS. The Sector and ASM provider 8 acknowledge that NMFS will continue to operate the Pre-trip Notification System 9 (PTNS) to make selection for NEFOP (NMFS funded program) and ASM (Industry 10 funded program) because NMFS has expressly stated they will not approve an 11 ASM program that includes a vessel selection process not handled by NMFS. The 12 Sector will work with their ASM Provider(s) to ensure that the selection process is 13 fair and equitable, distributed in a statistically random manner and representative 14 of the fishing activities and operations of all vessels within the Sector throughout 15 the fishing year. The Sector acknowledges that its ability to work with their 16 contracted ASM provider to achieve the above elements will be limited in light of 17 how PTNS is designed and managed by NMFS.

  • Contribution Formula Dental Coverage a. Faculty Member Coverage. If SAMHSA chooses not to award a fundable application in accordance with 45 CFR 75.205(a)(2), SAMHSA must report that determination to the designated integrity and performance system accessible through the System for Award Management (XXX) [currently, FAPIIS]. You may review and comment on any information about your organization that a federal awarding agency previously entered. XXXXXX will consider your comments, in addition to other information in FAPIIS in making a judgment about your organization’s integrity, business ethics, and record of performance under federal awards when completing the review of risk posed as described in 45 CFR 75.205 HHS Awarding Agency Review of Risk by Applicants.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.
