Random Drug Testing. The parties mutually agree on the need for a workplace free from illegal drugs and alcohol. As such by this revision, the INL Site is subject to a random drug and alcohol testing program. The SSA covered workforce will be considered in categories or pools as follows:  Force Account  Large Construction Projects (e.g. IWTU)  BEA Subcontractors
