Random Drug Testing. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.
Random Drug Testing. The Xxxxxxxx Police Department has instituted a random drug testing program for all sworn personnel:
Random Drug Testing. Random drug testing will be implemented in accordance with the General Orders of the Departmental Manual, Middletown Division of Police. The General Order implementing random drug testing shall not be amended without the agreement of the parties.
Random Drug Testing. In addition to testing provided for under applicable City ordinances (HMC Chapters 180 and 186), unit members shall be subject to the random drug testing procedures set forth in Appendix B.

The County shall meet with the Union to review and discuss the drug 26 testing procedures to be implemented. In the event the Law Enforcement Standards Board adopts 27 procedures for random and/or pre-promotional drug testing, the County procedures shall conform 28 to such requirements. 29
Random Drug Testing. The parties mutually agree on the need for a workplace free from illegal drugs and alcohol. As such by this revision, the INL Site is subject to a random drug and alcohol testing program. The SSA covered workforce will be considered in categories or pools as follows: Force Account Large Construction Projects (e.g. IWTU) BEA Subcontractors
Random Drug Testing. Limited to employees operating vehicles which have been identified to fall under Department of Transportation Alcohol and Drug Testing Rules.
Random Drug Testing i. In terms of Random Drug Testing it is in imperative that the majority of personnel on site do not know on what day, or at what time the Drug Testing Provider will conduct the tests. This will be achieved by only the Employer’s Safety Manager (or delegate) liaising with the Drug Testing Provider to agree site access and coordinate logistics;
Random Drug Testing. The Board of Education together with the Association will establish a random drug testing program which shall apply to all bargaining unit members.
