RAIN WATER HARVESTING i Regular maintenance to avoid rodents, algae growth and insects. ii Mosquito proof container should be used for storing rain water iii The system should be periodically maintained so as to keep the system clean and operational. iv Water should be boiled and well purified before drinking v Storage tank should be properly covered and secured. vi Do not throw any toxic material in the system.
RAIN WATER HARVESTING. Rain water harvesting shall be provided in Entire Block & Facility Centre by the concessionaire. Required number of discharge pits shall be arrested by the concessionaire so as to keep the rain water harvesting system running properly & well maintained throughout the concession period.
RAIN WATER HARVESTING. You agree that proper arrangements for rain water harvesting are being made for each block in the project. You also hereby agree that the maintenance and management of the rain water harvesting system shall be done out of the common area maintenance fund.

Required number of soak pits shall be assessed by the concessionaire so as to keep the rain-water-harvesting system running properly & well maintained throughout the concession period.
