Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION 3.1 This Agreement will operate from the date 7 days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2023. By no later than 30 June 2022 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act.
Starting Date Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Please note that if a fixed starting date is used, you will be required to provide a detailed justification on a separate note.
TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.
REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any xxxxxx after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.

Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.
