RAIN. Use of natural grass fields may be prohibited after heavy or extended rain. All field closures are at the discretion of the Parks and Facilities Manager. If there is any uncertainty as to playability of fields, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department.

RAIN. The work under this section shall not be started or maintained under threat of rain unless the work is not affected by the rain.
RAIN. Time extensions for rain may be granted only for conditions in excess of normal rainfall, which impacts ongoing activities at the site that have successive following activities that must be accomplished in a required sequence for completion of the project within the specified period. These would be generally labeled as Critical Path Activities. For the purposes of this contract, normal weather conditions, such as average days of rain per month, will be determined by meteorological data obtained from the National Weather Service for station 021514, XXXXXXXX HEIGHTS, ARIZONA. When it is established that rain in excess of normal rainfall justifies a time extension, a no cost time extension will be granted by the City. The contractor is expected and may be directed to perform other work on the project not effected by heavy rains.

RAIN. It is possible, though unlikely, that scheduled activities for a day may have to be cancelled due to weather (mostly boat rides). Alternate activities will replace cancelled ones. Safety to our guests is our most important consideration.
RAIN. In the event of inclement weather, the Course reserves the right to cancel play either before or during play. If the Course cancels play, the Course will issue rain checks or schedule a make-up date. The League also has the option to cancel play due to inclement weather or other “emergency” situations. If the League cancels play, please notify the pro-shop as soon as possible. Either rain checks will be issued, or the night’s play will be rescheduled. RULES: ● Leagues must tee off during their assigned tee times and maintain proper pace of play. ● Proper golf attire is required. ● All league members shall observe Michigan laws regarding gambling, and the use of alcoholic beverages. Per Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center’s liquor license ALL alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center facilities. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on premises. ● It is the responsibility of the league president to convey the rules to all league members.

We walk and travel in the rain and embrace the concept that “there is no such thing as bad weather … just inappropriate clothing.” So dress for the weather and bring waterproof shoes and an umbrella.
