QUOTATIONS AND PRICE. 4.1 Any quotation in relation to the Goods issued by the Company is an estimate of the cost of the Goods only and does not constitute an offer by the Company unless stated to be an offer by the Company in writing. Any quotation may be withdrawn or altered by the Company without notice. Nothing in this Contract, or any verbal representation, shall oblige the Company to make an offer to the Purchaser, or to honour any quotation that has been altered or withdrawn by the Company.

QUOTATIONS AND PRICE. (a) If Supplier gives Customer a quotation, Supplier is not making Customer an offer. Supplier may withdraw or alter the quotation without giving Customer notice. QUOTATIONS AND PRICE. 1.1 Where, prior to submitting an Order (as that term is defined in clause 1.2) to the Company, the Customer requests a quotation of the Company’s proposed price of any specified Goods or Services, the Company will provide a schedule to the Customer setting out the Company’s quoted Prices for such Goods and Services (Quotation). In order for any price set out in any Quotation to be valid and binding upon the Company, the Customer must submit to the Company a true copy of that Quotation signed by the Customer (Accepted Quotation), together with a valid Order based on that Accepted Quotation and submitted in accordance with clause 1.1, no later than the expiry date specified in that Accepted Quotation and, if no expiry date is specified, then within 60 days of the date of the original Quotation. A Quotation shall not itself give rise to a binding contract, and the Company may withdraw any Quotation before such time as the Customer has placed a valid Order and the Company has accepted such Order.
QUOTATIONS AND PRICE. GRAVITAS shall publish a price list of its Goods ruling at the time of the order or shall confirm the price of Goods as a quotation and the Customer shall confirm acceptance by signing the quotation OR providing an order to GRAVITAS that shall be deemed as acceptance of the price or quotation. NO CANCELLATION FOR MAKE TO ORDER GOODS Upon acceptance of a GRAVITAS quotation by the Customer or Customer order to GRAVITAS for Goods or Services that are designed or procured specifically for the Customer (meaning non-standard or indented or made to order or bespoke software) and upon approval of art work and prototype (if specified in the quotation) cannot be cancelled without the Customer paying the full cost of the manufacture or procurement of the Goods or Services to the time of cancellation. DELIVERY Delivery by GRAVITAS to the site of the Customer or where the Customer uplifts the Goods from the premises of GRAVITAS or where the Customer requires GRAVITAS to store the Goods and to +/- ten per cent (10%) quantity of that declared in GRAVITAS quotation or Customer order shall constitute delivery. Delivery of Services shall be when Services are completed according to the description of the quotation or Customer order. The Customer agrees that any employee or agent of the Customer who signs for delivery shall be authorised to accept delivery and GRAVITAS will not be held liable for missing Goods or acceptance of Services where a signature has proven delivery. If the Customer is not ready to accept delivery at the time GRAVITAS is ready to supply GRAVITAS may charge stand by costs and storage costs. GRAVITAS will make every effort to ensure delivery of Goods or Services on time but will not be liable for any loss or damage or consequential loss to the Customer arising from delays in delivery. Goods may be delivered separately and in such case each delivery will be regarded as a separate contract and subject to the same payment terms. QUOTATIONS AND PRICE. 2.1 The Company shall publish a price list or provide a quotation for its Goods and Services excluding GST following instructions from the Customer and the Customer shall confirm the cost by signing an order to the Company or signing the Company’s quotation. Quotations shall be valid for (60) sixty days but the Company may withdraw any Quotation before Customer signed acceptance. The Company may cancel any order without liability if it considers the order uneconomic or impractical to fulfil.

The Company reserves the right to reject any offer made by the buyer, and will only be deemed to have accepted the offer when a countersigned offer is provided by the Company to the Buyer. The Company may at any time change its price list to reflect, among other things, changes in exchange rates or the imposition of any duties, levies or other taxes and the Buyer is bound by those changes. The Buyer must accept any errors or omissions in invoicing and, where applicable, the Buyer must accept the amended pricing and pay the difference within the approved terms of trade. Once an offer has been accepted by the Company (the Contract), the Company shall carry out and complete the works in accordance to the Contract. The Buyer shall pay the Company for works completed as per the pricing indicated within the contract.
QUOTATIONS AND PRICE. 3.1 If the Company does not withdraw a quotation, then it is valid for acceptance for the period on the quote. If no period is stated on the quotation, then it is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quotation.
