Quitclaim. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord, within ten (10) days after written demand from Landlord to Tenant, any quitclaim deed or other document required by any reputable title company, licensed to operate in the State of California, to remove the cloud or encumbrance created by this Lease from the real property of which Tenant's Premises are a part.
Quitclaim. Upon any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord an instrument in writing releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises by reason of this Lease or otherwise.
Quitclaim. Upon any termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord a quitclaim deed of Tenant's interest in and to the Premises. If Tenant fails to so deliver to Landlord such a quitclaim deed, Tenant hereby agrees that Landlord shall have the full authority and right to record such a quitclaim deed signed only by Landlord and such quitclaim deed shall be deemed conclusive and binding upon Tenant.
Quitclaim. Concessionaire shall execute and deliver to State on the expiration or termination of this Contract immediately on State's request, a quitclaim deed to the Premises and the rights arising hereunder, in recordable form or such other document as may be necessary, to remove any claim of interest of Concessionaire in and to all property belonging to the State. Should Concessionaire fail or refuse to deliver to State a quitclaim deed or other documents as aforesaid, a written notice by State reciting the failure of the Concessionaire to execute and deliver said quitclaim deed as herein provided, shall after ten (10) days from the date of recordation of said notice be conclusive evidence against the Concessionaire and all persons claiming under Concessionaire of the termination of this Contract.
Quitclaim. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord within five (5) days after written demand from Landlord to Tenant any quitclaim deed or other document required by any reputable title company to remove the cloud of this Lease from the real property subject to this Lease.
Quitclaim. Lessee shall, upon the early termination of this Lease and at Xxxxxx’s request, execute and deliver to Lessor in a form provided by Lessor a good and sufficient release of all rights under this Lease. Should Lessee fail or refuse to deliver such a release, Lessor may record a written notice reciting such failure or refusal. This written notice shall, from the date of its recordation, be conclusive evidence against Xxxxxx of the termination of this Lease and all other claimants.
Quitclaim. Owner quitclaims to Lessee, and its assigns and successors forever, all of Owner’s right, title and interest in the Royalty Property, except and subject to Owner’s reserved Royalty and the parties’ rights and obligations under this Deed.
Quitclaim. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, the Premises shall automatically, and without further act or conveyance on the part of Tenant or Port, become the property of Port, free and clear of all liens and without payment therefore by Port and shall be surrendered to Port upon such date. Upon or at any time after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, if requested by Port, Tenant shall promptly deliver to Port, without charge, a quitclaim deed to the Premises and any other instrument reasonably requested by Port to evidence or otherwise effect the termination of Tenant's leasehold estate hereunder and to effect such transfer or vesting of title to the Premises or any portion that Port agrees are to remain part of the Premises.
Quitclaim. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor within ten (10) days after written demand from Lessor to Lessee any quitclaim deed or other document required by any title company to remove the cloud of this Lease from the title of the Premises.
Quitclaim. Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, immediately upon request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord a recordable deed quit-claiming to Landlord all interest of Tenant in the Premises, the Project and this Lease.
