Common use of Quiet Possession Clause in Contracts

Quiet Possession. The Lessor agrees, so long as the Lessee fully complies with all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Agreement, that the Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the Premises for the Term. Such right to quiet enjoyment shall be binding upon the Lessor, its heirs, successors, or assigns, but only during such party's ownership of the Premises.
