Common use of Quiet Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying the Rent and performing the covenants set forth herein, shall peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy, throughout the Term, (a) the Premises, and (b) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the Property.

Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying the Rent and performing the covenants set forth hereinand conditions contained in this Lease, shall may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy, throughout enjoy the Term, (a) the Leased Premises, and (b) such rights as in the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to manner of a multi-tenanted building, for the remainder of the PropertyLease term.

Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying the Rent and performing the covenants set forth herein, shall without interference from Landlord peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy, throughout the Term, (ai) the Premises, and (bii) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the PropertyPremises.

The Subject to the express provisions of this Lease, Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying the Rent rent and performing the covenants set forth herein, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy, throughout the Term, (a) enjoy the Premises, and (b) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the Property.

Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord hereby covenants that that, if and so long as Tenant shall faithfully perform the Tenantagreements, on paying the Rent terms, covenants and performing the covenants set forth hereinconditions hereof, Tenant shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy, throughout enjoy the Term, (a) Land for the Premises, and (b) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the Propertyterm hereby granted without molestation or disturbance by or from Landlord or any party claiming through Landlord.

Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying the Rent and performing the covenants set forth herein, Tenant shall peaceably peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy, throughout enjoy the Term, (a) Property for the Premises, term and (b) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the Propertyrenewals aforesaid.

Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying payment of all the Rent aforesaid installments and performing all the covenants set forth hereinaforesaid, shall peaceably and may peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy, throughout enjoy the Term, (a) Premises for the Premises, and (b) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the PropertyTerm aforesaid.

The Landlord hereby covenants that the Tenant, on paying the Rent and performing the covenants set forth hereinso long as Tenant is not in default, shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy, throughout enjoy said premises for and during the Term, (a) the Premises, and (b) such rights as the Tenant may hold hereunder with respect to the remainder of the Propertylease term.
