Common use of Quiet Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Quiet Enjoyment. Subject to the provisions of this Lease, Landlord covenants that Tenant, on paying the Rent and performing the covenants of this Lease on its part to be performed, shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Term.
