Quiet Enjoyment and Possession. The Tenant shall enjoy peaceable and quiet possession of the Project as long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.

The Shareholder may place a mobile home and other improvements on the unit as provided herein, but at all times the land is owned by Corporation as common grounds.
