Questions Regarding Drawings and Documents. A. In general, no answer will be given to prospective bidders in reply to an oral question of the intent or meaning of the Drawings or other Contract Documents, or the equality or use of products or methods other than those designated or described on the Drawings or in the Specifications. Any information given to bidders other than by means of the Drawings and other Contract Documents, including Addenda, as described below, is given informally, for information and the convenience of the bidder only and is not guaranteed. The bidder agrees that such information shall not be used as the basis of nor shall the giving of any such information entitle the bidder to assert any claim or demand against the Owner or the Engineer on account thereof.

Questions Regarding Drawings and Documents. In general, no answers will be given to prospective bidders in reply to an oral question if the question involves an interpretation of the intent or meaning of the Drawings or other Contract Documents, or the equality or use of products or methods other than those designated or described on the drawings or in the specifications. Any information given to bidders other than by means of the Drawings and other Contract Documents, including Addenda, as described below, is given informally, for information and the convenience of the bidder only and is not guaranteed. The bidder agrees that such information shall not be used as the basis of nor shall the giving of any such information entitle the bidder to assert any claim or demand against the owner or the engineer on account thereof. To receive consideration, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the City at least 5 days before the established date for receipt of bids. If the question involves the equality or use of products or methods it must be accompanied by drawings, specifications or other data in sufficient detail to enable the City to determine the equality or suitability of the product or method. In general, the City will neither approve nor disapprove particular products prior to the opening of Bids; such products will be considered when offered by the Contractor for incorporation into the Work. The City will set forth as Addenda, which shall become a part of the Contract Documents, such questions received as above provided as in his sole judgment are appropriate or necessary and his decision regarding each. At least three days prior to the receipt of Bids, he will send a copy of these Addenda to those prospective bidders known to have taken out sets of the Drawings and other Contract Documents. The Contractor agrees to use the products and methods designated or described in the Specifications as amended by the Addenda.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin.

  • Drawings and Specifications 9.1 A complete list of all Drawings that form a part of the Contract Documents are to be found as an index on the Drawings themselves, and/or may be provided to Developer and/or in the Table of Contents.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Construction Schedules Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.
