Questionnaire to all headteachers. The original plan had been for the school-level interviews to inform the content of the questionnaire to all secondary schools but, because of timeline pressures, this plan was revised. The questionnaire was developed based on the data from all sources collected by end of November. 2014, and school-level interviews continued during December. The questionnaire was sent to all 35 secondary schools in Warwickshire on 21 November 2014 via an e-mail to the headteacher (or principal) containing a link to a secure site where it could be completed electronically and returned directly to the University of Warwick. The e-mail also included an Information Sheet explaining about the research. After one week, a reminder was sent to all who had not responded. This was repeated after another week. Completed questionnaires were returned by 19 schools (one school returned two – one from the headteacher and one from the SENCo). This is a response rate of 54%. Of those who completed the questionnaire:  most were male (12) with 8 being female  most were Headteachers and Principals (12), with other being Assistant headteachers (4), a pastoral coordinator (1) and a SENCO (1). Two respondents did not give their role details.  most had over 10 years’ experience as a senior leader: o 16-25 year 7 o 11-15 years 6 o 6-10 years 3 o 3-5 years 4 The response rate was skewed by area, being much higher from East and Central than from South or North:  5 of 6 schools in East ABP  6 of 7 in Xxxxxxx  0 xx 00 xx Xxxxx  0 of 13 in North. The response from the North ABP schools was particularly low. Of the 19 responding schools, 16 had not been involved in the school-level interviews. This means that, taking the school-level interviews and the school questionnaire together, the research includes the views of senior leaders from 23 of Warwickshire’s 35 secondary schools. The format was predominantly closed questions in the form of statements and a 4- point rating scale from ‘strongly disagree’ to ‘strongly agree’. For one topic, on whether the statements matched the school’s current approach to managing behaviour, the answer options were simply ‘yes or ‘no’. Each main topic section included an open question where respondents could write what they wanted to about that broad topic. The topic commented on most frequently was school’s view about their ABP – this elicited 13 open responses.   • Disclosure to Representatives Recipient agrees that it shall maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and that the Confidential Information shall not, without Provider’s prior written consent, be disclosed by Recipient or by its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, or representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) in any manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, and shall not be used by Recipient or by its Representatives other than in connection with the Solicitation and the evaluation or negotiation of the Agreement; provided that, PG&E may use Confidential Information, consolidated with other market information and not specifically attributed to the Provider, to analyze or forecast market conditions or prices, for its own internal use or in the context of regulatory or other proceedings. Moreover, Recipient agrees to transmit the Confidential Information only to such of its Representatives who need to know the Confidential Information for the sole purpose of assisting Recipient with such permitted uses, as applicable; provided that, Recipient shall inform its Representatives of this Confidentiality Agreement and secure their agreement to abide in all material respects by its terms. In any event, Recipient shall be fully liable for any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement by its Representatives as though committed by Recipient itself.

  • Certification Regarding Entire TIPS Agreement for Part 1 and Part 2 Contracts 5 This is a two part solicitation. Part 1 is solicited for TIPS sales that are not considered a "public work" construction project. Part 1 permits the sale of goods and non-construction/non-"public work" services such as maintenance and minor repairs. Part 2 Job Order Contract (JOC) is solicited for projects considered by your TIPS Member Customers to be a "public work" construction project. The determination of whether or not a TIPS sale amounts to a "public work" construction project requiring a Part 2 JOC contract is made by the TIPS Member Customer at the time of each TIPS sale. Thus, Vendors are encouraged to respond to both Parts 1 and 2 in case your TIPS Member Customers require that a sale be made under one Part or the other. However, responding to both Parts is not required. If Vendor responds and is awarded to both Parts, Vendor will have one contract for Part 1 and a separate contract for Part 2.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE LPA The information and services to be furnished by the LPA are set out in Appendix "B” which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

  • INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.

  • Disclosure to FERC or its Staff Notwithstanding anything in this Section 17 to the contrary, and pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 1b.20, if FERC or its staff, during the course of an investigation or otherwise, requests information from one of the Interconnection Parties that is otherwise required to be maintained in confidence pursuant to this Interconnection Service Agreement, the Interconnection Party, shall provide the requested information to FERC or its staff, within the time provided for in the request for information. In providing the information to FERC or its staff, the Interconnection Party must, consistent with 18 C.F.R. § 388.122, request that the information be treated as confidential and non-public by FERC and its staff and that the information be withheld from public disclosure. Interconnection Parties are prohibited from notifying the other Interconnection Parties prior to the release of the Confidential Information to the Commission or its staff. An Interconnection Party shall notify the other Interconnection Parties to the Interconnection Service Agreement when it is notified by FERC or its staff that a request to release Confidential Information has been received by FERC, at which time any of the Interconnection Parties may respond before such information would be made public, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 388.112.

  • Access to Persons and Records The State Auditor shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions in accordance with General Statute 147-64.7. Additionally, as the State funding authority, the Department of Health and Human Services shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions.

  • Disclosure to FERC its Staff, or a State. Notwithstanding anything in this Article 22 to the contrary, and pursuant to 18 C.F.R. section 1b.20, if FERC or its staff, during the course of an investigation or otherwise, requests information from one of the Parties that is otherwise required to be maintained in confidence pursuant to this Agreement or the NYISO OATT, the Party shall provide the requested information to FERC or its staff, within the time provided for in the request for information. In providing the information to FERC or its staff, the Party must, consistent with 18 C.F.R. section 388.112, request that the information be treated as confidential and non-public by FERC and its staff and that the information be withheld from public disclosure. Parties are prohibited from notifying the other Parties to this Agreement prior to the release of the Confidential Information to the Commission or its staff. The Party shall notify the other Parties to the Agreement when it is notified by FERC or its staff that a request to release Confidential Information has been received by FERC, at which time the Parties may respond before such information would be made public, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. section 388.112. Requests from a state regulatory body conducting a confidential investigation shall be treated in a similar manner if consistent with the applicable state rules and regulations. A Party shall not be liable for any losses, consequential or otherwise, resulting from that Party divulging Confidential Information pursuant to a FERC or state regulatory body request under this paragraph.
