Quarterly Updates. In addition to the Pre-Development Plan required in Section 2.10(a), the Development Team will provide quarterly updates of the Pre-Development Plan and Pre-Development Budget to the Authority no later than October 1, January 1, April 1, and July 1 of each fiscal year (each a “Quarterly Update”).
Quarterly Updates. Except as otherwise set forth herein, following its initial provision, Google will update on a quarterly basis information provided pursuant to this Paragraph 10 that is required for the Interested Institution to meet its obligations with respect to the Collective Terms, Digitization Agreements, or Library-Registry Agreements. Except as otherwise set forth herein, within a reasonable period following receipt of a written request, Google will update the information provided by Google pursuant to this Paragraph 10 following its initial provision to the Institution, but in no event shall it be obligated to update such information more frequently than quarterly. The information provided under this Paragraph 10 shall be accurate as to Google’s knowledge at the time of its provision to the Designated Representative, the Institution or the public, as the case may be.
Quarterly Updates. The Company agrees to file with the Commission in this docket and to provide to all persons on the DSM Roundtable Distribution List, within forty-five days following the end of each quarter, written quarterly updates, describing the implementation status for all programs included in the DSM Plan, including the energy and demand savings achieved, and expenditures made by program, and any changes in the way a program is being implemented.

The Borrower shall furnish to the Holders as soon as available, but in any event, within 45 days after the end of the fiscal quarter of the Borrower in which any material changes in the information set forth in such exhibits occurs, supplements to Exhibits 2.1 and 2.2 showing such changes in the information set forth in such exhibits not previously furnished to the Holders in writing, which supplements must be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, as well as any changes in the Charter, Bylaws or incumbency of officers of the Obligors from those previously certified to the Agent.

Quarterly Updates. Recipient shall provide a quarterly progress report to PGE on the 15th day of the month following each calendar quarter after the DCF award is granted until the Installation Date. For example, April 15th for Q1, July 15th for Q2 and so on. As part of these quarterly progress reports, Recipient must complete the quarterly progress report form provided by PGE and email it to XXXXxxxxXxxxxxXxxx@xxx.xxx.
Quarterly Updates. Within 30 days after the beginning of each calendar quarter, Allin shall provide a written summary detailing any exercise of the Source Code License (“Quarterly Report”). The Quarterly Report may be submitted via e-mail and shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: (i) the purpose for the modification or enhancement to the Source Code; (ii) identification of the portion of the Software modified; and (iii) timeline for completion of project. Upon completion of any work identified in a Quarterly Report, Allin shall transfer a copy of the Derivative Software and Source Code for such Derivative Software to OCV.
