Quantum of Solar Pumpset Systems not commissioned by the Supplier within the timelines approved by the DISCOM. NREDCAP shall be added to the next batch of PO and such increased batch size will again be distributed as per the Allocated %age and allocation process stated above. Provided however, it shall be ensured that the xxxxxx application corresponding to Solar Pumpset System that could not be successfully commissioned shall not be again allocated to the same defaulting Supplier. If any equipment/structures has been installed by the defaulting Supplier, then such equipment/structures shall be promptly removed by the Supplier within 2 days of issue of written notice by DISCOMS and the Solar Pumpset System shall be considered as a fresh application.
