Quantum of Long Service Leave. (a) An employee is entitled to three months long service leave on the completion of seven and a half years of continuous service and an additional two months long service leave on the completion of each additional five years’ service.
Quantum of Long Service Leave. (a) The following amounts are in substitution for entitlements under the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW), Every employee after 10 years' continuous service with the same employer shall be entitled to 2 months long service leave on full pay. After 15 years' continuous service to an additional one month long service on full pay, and for each five years continual service thereafter to an additional one and one-half months' long service leave on full pay rather that 4.333 weeks as prescribed by the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW).

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.
