Quantity Delivered. The Quantity Delivered shall be calculated in accordance with the formula given in the LNG Custody Transfer published by the GIIGNL, third edition 2010, page six (6) clause 2.1. Quantity Delivered. (a) The quantity of the energy delivered shall be calculated in accordance with the formula provided in ISO 10976 and the latest edition of the LNG Custody Transfer Handbook as published by GIIGNL.

Quantity Delivered. You agree to purchase all of your firm natural gas requirements from FireSide for the locations listed during the Primary or any Secondary Terms of this Agreement. Gas sold and purchased pursuant to this Agreement shall be measured at the meter at the Customer’s facility in accordance with the procedures established by AGL. FireSide’s obligation to sell a quantity of gas will be limited to your historic gas usage or the projected usages provided by the customer, as applicable, and patterns of use with reasonable variances. Fireside, at its sole discretion, will use reasonable efforts to adjust deliveries to meet the Customer’s usage variance. If Customer’s usage deviates outside the realm of reasonable variance, FireSide will deliver additional volumes to meet the customer’s needs at the posted variable pricing for the month of service.
Quantity Delivered. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity as per requirement and availability of funds, as per rules.

Quantity Delivered. The quantity of Products delivered shall not be greater than the amount specified unless an additional amount is first ordered by DFO in writing on its “Revised Purchase Order.” DFO may return excess quantities to Seller at Seller’s expense. TIMELY DELIVERY. Timely deliveries are of the essence for this Order. DFO may refuse to accept, or at DFO’s option, may return at Seller’s expense, all Products made after the date or dates specified on this Order. If Products are not timely shipped and/or delivered to DFO, then DFO shall not be liable for payment of Products and shipping costs if DFO elects to refuse or return the Products and Seller shall be liable to DFO for damages, as provided in the Supplier Agreement.

Quantity Delivered. A. Metro will accept no more than a two percent (2%) variance from the quantity ordered on any single timetable, or on the total quantity ordered. The Contractor is to deliver to Metro any surplus, up to two percent (2%), at no additional cost. No refunds will be expected for shortages within the two percent (2%) variance. Should the count fall short of the two percent (2%) level, the Contractor must produce additional copies of the shorted timetable[s] to come within the specified variance, at initial production run unit price. In the event of a surplus being delivered to Metro, invoices shall charge for the exact quantity of timetables ordered, not the quantity delivered, except for those accepted by the designated Metro Production Manager in excess of the two percent (2%) surplus.
