Common use of Quality Requirements Clause in Contracts

Quality Requirements. All Goods sold to Tesla under the Contract shall be manufactured and provided in accordance with agreed Tesla’s quality control procedures and requirements, including, without limitation, all Tesla quality standards (collectively, the “Quality Requirements”). The Parties shall determine upon the mutual consultation whether the Goods meet the Quality Requirements. Seller shall, in accordance with the Quality Requirements, provide, maintain and enforce all measures necessary to secure the quality of Goods and the manufacturing processes thereof, including without limitation, quality control standards, inspection standards and specifications.
