Quality Control Manager. Prior to initiation of construction, Contractor shall designate in writing a Quality Control Manager who shall be responsible for coordinating Contractor's Quality Control Program. The individual so designated shall be the interface with the Project Manager on matters relating to submittals, inspection, scheduling, unacceptable Work product, and corrective actions. Metro reserves the right to accept or reject the Quality Control Manager designated by Contractor.‌
Quality Control Manager. A qualified and experienced Quality Control Manager who, with respect to a Construction Work Package: oversees and manages the quality control for the Work; administers the Contractor’s quality control program; is licensed in Virginia as a professional engineer; signs and seals all updates and tasks completed under the Contractor’s Quality Control Plan; reviews the proposed quality control program of each Subcontractor and Supplier, makes appropriate recommendations, and enforces the quality control requirements of the Contract Documents; and conducts a review of the quality control program and documentation at the Contractor’s progress meetings with Subcontractors and Suppliers.

The Quality Control manager is considered a key position and shall be identified to the Government, along with a current resume, upon notification of the base contract award. Project Manager Project Managers shall be responsible for planning and executing major portions of the assigned projects. Prepares and maintains the project scope, schedule, and budget. They shall serve as the primary point of contact for the customer on assigned projects. They shall be responsible for overseeing all work and will take corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned projects. They shall manage staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters related to the assigned project. They may serve as technical lead for assigned projects. They should have experience with Government or industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies, and tools as relative to the assignment. They should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the project management field plus demonstrated experience in the project’s functional area. They should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and should have PMP certification. The project manager position is a key position for each individual task order; identification of the project manager for each individual task order will be required during the task order award process.
Quality Control Manager. Contractor shall assign a QC manager before the start of the affected work. The QC manager shall receive, review, and approve all correspondence, submittals, and reports relating to the QC of materials before they are submitted to County’s Contract Administrator. Related to Quality Control Manager

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Data Integrity Control Personal Data will remain intact, complete and current during processing activities.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
