QUALITY COMPONENTS. The 11 components required of School Readiness programs required by the legislation: collaboration, parent involvement, health, nutrition, pre-literacy practices, family literacy, admission policies, transition to kindergarten, professional development, a sliding fee scale and an annual program evaluation. Teacher – Each classroom that provides services under the School Readiness Xxxxx must be staffed for all operating hours for Part-Day and School-Day spaces and for six hours per day for Full-Day spaces, by a teacher who meets the definition outlined in GP_A-01 and GP_A-03 .

  • Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. To the limited extent a third party license expressly supersedes this XXXX, such third party license governs Customer’s use of that third party component.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Class Specifications The Human Resources Division shall determine:

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
