Quality Assurance Processes.  The NZQA registers New Zealand qualifications at levels on the New Zealand Register of Quality Assured Qualifications and assesses overseas qualifications against the Register.  Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand (Teaching Council) approves and monitors teacher education courses.  Secondary teacher education providers of approved courses limit entry into their courses to those with Level 7 qualifications that support the teaching of the New Zealand secondary curriculum in years 7-13.  Teacher education providers graduate only those who meet the Teaching Council’s Standards for the Teaching Profession.  Ministry of Education verifies the level(s) of qualification(s) for pay purposes using information from the NZQA, the Teaching Council and teacher education providers.

Quality Assurance Processes. ‌ The Supplier must perform the services in this Agreement in accordance with the relevant quality systems on which the Supplier or its subcontractors have been qualified to in the procurement of this Agreement. The qualification requirements were established suitable methods and/or systems to ensure to the quality of the deliveries (ISO9001, 2000-1 or equivalent), ensure adequate information security (ISO27001 or equivalent) and ensure adequate environmental management ISO14001/ EMAS/Miljøfyrtårn/ or equivalent). If the Supplier has certified its systems, the Supplier undertakes to renew its 3rd party certified systems or standards in due time before it expires so that the certifications are maintained throughout the Agreement period. On request, the Supplier must present the license number on the certification. The Supplier must report on how the routines are complied with, any deviations and corrective measures at contract follow-up meetings (see Appendix 5). The Supplier shall describe how his quality systems will be used delivering the service in this Agreement in Appendix 2.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Management Grantee will:

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
