Qualifying Insurance. The insurance coverage required by this Section 16 shall be obtained from an insurance company reasonably acceptable to Avista and shall include an endorsement naming Avista as an additional insured and loss payee as applicable.
Qualifying Insurance. Policies shall be issued by insurers authorized to do business in the State of Iowa and currently having an A.M. Best rating of B+, VIII or better. All policies shall be occurrence form. If Professional Liability coverage is written on a claims made policy form, the certificate of insurance must clearly state coverage is claims made and coverage must remain in effect for at least two years after final payment with the Consultant continuing to furnish the City certificates of insurance evidencing coverage. The Consultant shall be responsible for deductibles and self-insured retentions in the Consultant’s insurance policies.

  • Qualifying Insurers For insurance to satisfy the requirements of this section, all required insurance must be issued by an insurer with an A.M. Best rating of A - or better that is approved to do business in the State of California.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage.   • Retiree Insurance 12.1 Employees who retire must meet the following conditions at the time of retirement in order to be eligible for the Employer contributions, listed in Sections 12.2 through 12.5 below, toward a health insurance plan offered by the Employer:

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Indemnity Insurance a. The Service Provider agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City, its officers, agents and employees against and from any and all actions, suits, claims, demands or liability of any character whatsoever brought or asserted for injuries to or death of any person or persons, or damages to property arising out of, result from or occurring in connection with the performance of any service hereunder.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Contractor shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance coverage that meets the minimum scope and limits of insurance coverage specified in this Exhibit C. EXHIBIT D

  • INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE COVERAGE The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.

  • Required Insurance Coverages The Contractor also agrees to purchase insurance and have the authorized agent state on the insurance certificate that the Contractor has purchased the following types of insurance coverages, consistent with the policies and requirements of O.C.G.A. §50-21-37. The minimum required coverages and liability limits are as follows:
