Qualifying Events. In order to be eligible for COBRA continuation, you need to have experienced a Qualifying Event. A Qualifying Event is one of the events listed below which would result in loss of coverage if not for the COBRA continuation:

When we receive your completed enrollment application and any required subscription charges within 60 days of the qualifying event, coverage under this plan will become effective on the first of the month following receipt of your enrollment application or we are notified of enrollment by The Exchange.
