Qualified Personnel. Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
Qualified Personnel. The Contractor warrants and represents that it will assign only qualified personnel to perform the services outlined herein and within the appendices. For the purposes of this contract, the term “qualified personnel” shall mean those personnel that have been investigated, tested, and trained in the manner described within this contract and, as proposed by the Contractor within its proposal or as provided by the Contractor during the Contractor’s normal conduct of business.
Qualified Personnel. The CONSULTANT agrees when the services to be provided and performed relate to a professional service that, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, to employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to be in responsible charge of all BASIC SERVICES and ADDITIONAL SERVICES to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Qualified Personnel. Contractor agrees that each person performing Services in connection with this Agreement shall have the qualifications and shall fulfill the requirements set forth in this Agreement.

Qualified Personnel. CONSULTANT agrees that all of the work and services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed by CONSULTANT or under its supervision and all personnel engaged in the work or services shall be fully qualified to perform such work and services.
Qualified Personnel. The Contractor represents that it has, or shall secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform the transportation service provided under this Agreement. Except as provided in Section 6.3 below, such personnel shall not be employees of or have any other contractual relationship with the City. All personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified according to the laws of the State of Kansas and the provisions of this Agreement.
